me_quran is a rich Arabic font designed by Meor Ridzuan to render Quran texts looking like Madinah Mushaf. The font is available for private and non-commercial use, and can be downloaded freely from here.
Since there is no standard support in Unicode for different tanween types used in Madinah Mushaf, me_quran uses some combination of characters to render different tanween shapes. It also defines a new code point for small alef, as opposed to the native one presented in Unicode for superscript alef.
